On Thursday,  we learned he's decided to remove his national security adviser , H.R. McMaster. Any number of Cabinet secretaries are on the chopping block (mostly due to  self-inflicted ethical issues ). What's going on? Why is President Trump firing seemingly everyone? A few dynamics are at play here: 1. Trump is firing people he doesn't like or agree with:  And he's surrounding himself with people he does like or hopes will agree with him.
