Charlie Baker to a lock for re-election, regardless of a "national Democratic tsunami." Baker is now seen as the only safe Republican in New England heading into November according to Larry Sabato's Crystal Ball out of the University of Virginia's Center for Politics. The "Safe Republican" rating holds the most confidence in a Republican gain (or in this case, hold) for a seat.
