PENCE IN, BAKER OUT  -   Vice President  Mike Pence  is headed to Boston tonight for two fundraisers - and the state's top Republican, Gov.  Charlie Baker ,  will be nowhere in sight . Baker told reporters yesterday he "didn't know about it," and LG  Karyn Polito  added that she "wasn't asked to attend." Both cited busy schedules that will keep them away from the events. Meanwhile, Pence's office tells POLITICO it extended an invitation to the governor's office. Instead, Baker will be in New Bedford. His public schedule puts him in the South Coast city at 7 p.m. for a Chamber of Commerce legislative reception, while Polito's last event on her sched...
