Griffiths ( bgriffiths@politico.com ; @BrentGriffiths) GOOD MORNING, MASSACHUSETTS. NO CENSUS CONSENSUS -  Attorney General Maura Healey is taking President Donald Trump to court again. This time, it's over the proposed change to the 2020 census that would include a proof of citizenship question, which Healey and others say will have a disproportionate impact on states with large immigrant populations. Healey blasted the Trump administration's "blatant and illegal" move yesterday, "which will result in an undercount of the population and threaten federal funding for our state and cities."
