DORCENA FORRY DEPARTURE SPARKS SPECIAL ELECTION -  State Sen.  Linda Dorcena Forry 's  surprise announcement  yesterday that she's leaving Beacon Hill for the private sector has ignited a burst of interest in a rare opening to represent Dorchester and South Boston - as well as host the storied St. Patrick's Day Breakfast. The seat itself will be filled in a special election - under Senate rules, the date for an election to fill a vacant seat must be announced within 20 days after the vacancy occurs. Because it'll be a special, look for the field to consist of more established figures, presumably those who already hold office. Why?
