US Hypocrisy, From Cairo To Tehran

Dear Friend, The Iran demonstrations are winding  down. However, the USA, Isreal and the Arab monarchies hyperventilated over these demonstrations.  The rhetoric adopted by the US and its allies lacks any credibility, for the simple reason that this administration is the least qualified to promote democracy and human rights in the region, given its extensive financial transactions and involvement in arms and oil deals in the Middle East (as demonstrated by Trump’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia, from which he returned laden with contracts and gifts). It was great, but the struggle absolutely continues. The problems aren’t going away and neither are we. Give RSN a hand. / Marc Ash, Founder Reader Supported News Sure, I'll make a donation! FOCUS: Elizabeth Drew | Breaking Bannon    Elizabeth Drew, Project Syndicate   Drew writes: "The just-released book about Donald Trump and his dysfunctional presidency (Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House) has left much of Washington reeling. Despite the White House's constitutionally dubious threat to try to quash the book, the publication date was moved up four days. But the bulk of Fire and Fury's disclosures, though deeply disquieting, aren't all that surprising."   READ MORE Contribute to RSN Become a Fan of RSN on  Facebook  an...
