ROSENBERG INVESTIGATION GOES FORWARD — Coming in just under its self-imposed two-week deadline to name a special investigator, the state Senate Ethics Committee has hired Hogan Lovells, US LLP, an international law firm with main offices in Washington D.C. and London.
