KOH'S CASH  - In the race to replace retiring Rep. Niki Tsongas, MA-3 candidate Dan Koh's $2.5 million war chest is almost three times more than his top-raising competitors, Rufus Gifford and Lori Trahan. And, as  David Bernstein notes at WGBH , Koh widened that gap by raising more than $900,000 in the first quarter of 2018. Let's put that in perspective.  Koh's most recent fundraising numbers aren't just eye-opening in comparison to his competitors for the open 3rd Congressional District seat.
