Donald Trump's idea of "nature" is a manicured golf course. So it's no surprise his first State of the Union would focus on supporting the fossil fuel industry, revitalizing the dirty coal economy, and rolling back environmental protections.
Because Trump's record is clear: he's an environmental disaster.
He thinks climate change isn't real.
He sides with the Big Polluters who funded his campaign.
He wants oil derricks up and down America's coasts, and in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
He wants to scale back protections for clean air and clean water.
His EPA Director, Scott Pruitt, is working to dismantle the agency from within.
Donald Trump is the most anti-environment President our country has ever had.

REST IN PEACE - "Town streets to Statehouse halls, Wilmington rep Miceli mourned," by Amaris Castillo, the Lowell Sun:  "State Rep. Jim Miceli, one of the longest continuously serving members of the Massachusetts House, was remembered Saturday as a devoted public servant who cared deeply for his family and his constituents in Tewksbury and Wilmington. Some called him a legend. Miceli, 83, died Saturday after collapsing at the Wilmington Little League Opening Day Ceremony at the Rotary Club.
