On April 9, 2018 at least 14 people were killed during the murderous strike bythe Israeli air force on the Syrian T-4 airfield at Homs. Israeli F-15 fighter jets flew over Lebanese airspace, as they have done on many previous occasions, in total disregard of international law.

Sharpeville Massacre & Gaza Massacres Compared – Boycott Apartheid Israel & All Its Supporters
by Dr Gideon Polya

The world has been shocked over the last 5 weeks at the cold-blooded killing by Israeli soldiers of nearly 50 Palestinians  and the wounding of about 6,800 more  out of thousands of unarmed Occupied Palestinians protesting    70 years of exile and highly  abusive confinement in the Gaza Concentration Camp. Comparisons with the 1950 Sharpeville Massacre in Apartheid South Africa must surely ramp up    global    Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel and all its supporters.

“What to do?” (53). A short question with a very complex answer. In The World We Wish to See, Samir Amin delves into the contemporary political conjuncture with a succinctness and ease that belies the monuments scope of the topic he addresses – how do counter-hegemonic movements findconvergence in diversity, in an age when political lines are being redrawn and new issues are being raised, daily, hourly?

by David Sparenberg

When a house is on fire an alarm must be sounded.  An alarm is not always sounded solely out of fear.  Sometimes an alarm must be sounded out of love, for fear that the house will be destroyed in the tyranny of conflagration.
