Just an observation.....



Sitting in a doctor's office this week, I picked up a 
Christmas magazine that offered interesting  recipes 
and so on..... 

Instead of informative information, interesting recipes .....

 every other page was an ad for DRUGS!  Pills! 





Since I customarily bring a book or something to do, the surplus magazines aren't perused..... 

 Is this what we've come to as a nation?  






Several years ago, a medical doctor expressed his frustration that patients came to him having determined they had a certain condition or required a certain medical test from having seen it advertised on television.....
Has American Ignorance reached this level?

Because of these gaps, she said, many people legally barred from buying guns can get them anyway. “It’s not federally mandated,” she said on CNN. “Politicians could change this today; they could change it tomorrow,” she said on ABC News. Tools for Understanding State Budget Proposals     Tomorrow the Governor will kick off the state budget season by releasing a detailed Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget proposal. The Governor's proposal begins an important process of determining what we as a Commonwealth hope to do together through our government next year, and detailing how we will pay for those things. The likely schedule for subsequent steps in the budget process is: In April, the House will debate and approve its FY 2019 budget proposal. In May, the Senate does the same. In June, a joint House/Senate conference committee reconciles differences between these two budgets which the Legislature approves. The final budget plan, which requires the Governor's signature, will ideally be completed by July 1st, the beginning of FY 2019. MassBudget works ...
