TGIF, Massachusetts.
WARREN'S TOWN HALL LINEUP - Sen. Elizabeth Warren is back in Massachusetts today kicking off two days of public meetings with constituents, beginning with an open house today in Springfield.
Warren's also set to host her latest town hall this Saturday - this time in Weymouth. It'll be her 21st meeting with constituents like this in 12 months: a breakneck pace for a schedule that has brought her to towns including Worcester, Springfield, Framingham, Salem, Ware, Lowell, Revere, Concord, Pittsfield, Marshfield, Dartmouth, Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis, Greenfield, Gloucester, Malden, Franklin, and Holden.
Warren town halls are reliably up-beat affairs, consistently drawing out hundreds (and sometimes thousands) of Warren's constituents who are also big fans of the Senator and eager to get her take on news of the day, Warren's tips on how to resist the Trump administration, or to express their appreciation for the Senator.
Weymouth's gathering could have a different vibe if only because it's set in a slightly more conservative pocket of the South Shore - the town voted for Scott Brown in 2012 and is near her GOP Senate challenger Geoff Diehl country in nearby Whitman, but it's not ruby-red: Hillary Clinton did carry it in 2016.
Meanwhile, Warren's also taking the town hall beat viral, and to Washington - joining Sen. Bernie Sanders and others in a Facebook live-style town hall focused on inequality on March 19.

Charlie Baker says when asked about State Police," by Gintautas Dumcius, MassLive.com: "As investigations continue into the alteration of an arrest report involving a judge's daughter, Massachusetts Gov. THE WARREN REPORT -
- "Warren rankles colleagues in bank fight," by Alexander Bolton, the Hill: "Liberal Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is calling out fellow Democrats by name for backing what she is panning as the 'Bank Lobbyist Act' and it's not sitting well with colleagues up for re-election in November. Team Warren urged supporters to circulate an image of the vote tally, listing the names of 16 Democrats who voted to begin debate on the legislation. That rankled fellow Democrats who accused Warren of trying to profit by making them look bad."

THE KENNEDY COMPOUND -
- "What are the chances of another President Kennedy?," by Thomas Maier, CNN.com: "Could a Kennedy become president again? That question has hovered over American politics for more than a half century. Today, a Kennedy might have a chance at the White House in the 21st century if he or she remembers the lessons from the family's history and can reinvent them for a new America -- one that the Kennedy family helped to create."

THE LOCAL ANGLE -
- "Invisible in any language: Mass. Latinos face intense inequality," by Katie Johnston, Boston Globe: "Language barriers and immigration status play a major role in the inequity - here and across the country - making it difficult for Latinos to progress beyond low-wage jobs or speak up about unfair treatment. But there are added challenges in Massachusetts: a high cost of living and a majority of jobs that require college education, along with long waiting lists for English classes and a 15-year-old law - effectively overturned a few months ago - that eliminated bilingual education from most public schools."
- "Lawsuits add up over Bristol County jail inmate suicides," by Jenifer McKim and Chris Burrell, New England Center for Investigative Reporting: "Bristol County accounts for just 13 percent of the inmates in the state's 13 sheriff-run county jails, which collectively house nearly 11,000 inmates who are awaiting trial or serving sentences of up to 2 1/2 years. But, over the last six years, Bristol has accounted for more than a quarter of all jail suicides, 13 out of 49."
- "Hubway expansion concerns trucker group," by Jordan Graham, Boston Herald: "A deal to dump 1,200 new rental bikes on the streets of Boston under a new pact with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has a state truckers' group fearing trouble is ahead. Blue Cross Blue Shield announced [Wednesday] it will pay nearly $20 million to turn the Boston area's Hubway bike- share system into Blue Bikes and expand the program with more than 1,000 new bikes and more than 100 new rental stations across the region."
- "Tom Brady Gets Buzz Cut For Charity With Mass. Governor Charlie Baker," by CBS 4 Boston: "The Patriots quarterback was the special mystery guest at Thursday's charity event, sponsored by Granite Telecommunications, to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Sitting next to Massachusetts governor Charlie Baker, Brady had his head shaved - all for a good cause. Brady showed up with hair long enough to cover his ears, and he left with a tightly cropped buzz cut."
- "Skeptical of LED lights, marijuana growers decry lighting efficiency rule," by Dan Adams, Boston Globe: "On its face, the idea hardly seems objectionable: With the state obliged to reduce greenhouse gases by 2020, regulators should act now to address the large amounts of electricity consumed by major indoor pot-growing operations where energy-hungry high-pressure sodium lamps can burn 24 hours a day. But a new regulation set by the Cannabis Control Commission to do just that - by limiting the amount of electricity that can be used for lighting to an average of 36 watts per square foot of cultivation space - has the industry howling in protest as it prepares for the debut of recreational sales this summer."
REMEMBERING CHUCK CAMPION -- Chuck Campion, one of the co-founders of Dewey Square, died on Tuesday.
