CC is Back Up With An Exceptional Series on Shankar Guha Niyogi

Good News!

Countercurrents.org is back up. 

We are re-launching with an exceptional series. 

We are serialising the memoirs of Dr Punyabrata Gun, a comrade of Shankar Guha Niyogi. We believe that this memori by Dr Gun has a great historical importance. It is the memories of a comrade who saw from close quarters one of the greatest revolutionary figures that independent India has seen. The first chapter is here. It's aptly titled "Niyogi And His Mission". 


Many non-Indian readers and many in India too may not be aware of the exceptional contributions of Niyogi. I hope this series will be an eye opener.
