Charlie decided to convert the Lakeville/Middleboro commuter rail TEMPORARILY ... that is until the Stoughton line can be completed..... Lakeville/Middleboro would become, according to Charlie Baker's short-sighted fantasy...the MIDDLEBORO STATION to serve South Coast Rail for a GAZILLION taxpayer dollars....with inadequate parking, where's that traffic study? Ready yet?  The state doesn't own the access for this proposal.....they're negotiating.   The state has failed to included affected communities, failed to consider the communities' development plans and much else.
