Newly Amended Law Clerk Handbook Affirms Harassment Complaints Are Permitted | National Law Journal

The federal law clerk handbook was revised Monday to include language that says nothing in the code of conduct prevents a clerk or another judiciary employee from revealing alleged misconduct.
