Newly Amended Law Clerk Handbook Affirms Harassment Complaints Are Permitted | National Law Journal

The federal law clerk handbook was revised Monday to include language that says nothing in the code of conduct prevents a clerk or another judiciary employee from revealing alleged misconduct. Clerks are encouraged to bring such matters to the attention of an appropriate judge or other official the handbook now says. READ MORE »
