KOH'S CASH  - In the race to replace retiring Rep. Niki Tsongas, MA-3 candidate Dan Koh's $2.5 million war chest is almost three times more than his top-raising competitors, Rufus Gifford and Lori Trahan. And, as  David Bernstein notes at WGBH , Koh widened that gap by raising more than $900,000 in the first quarter of 2018.
